ScholarRX wanted to add 'micro delights' to their learning app for med students.

ScholarRX

Working closely with the app’s dev team I was able to learn about how the app is used and what areas needed improvement.

Process

I created original characters, illustrations, and fun animations to blend seamlessly with the app’s existing brand and bring life to the user’s learning experience.

Solution

"With Alex’s creative expertise we have been able to add consistency and joy into our app experiences. Alex really helps us focus on the right feeling for an interaction, and always comes up with great visuals to evoke them."- Barry Rowe, App Developer, ScholarRX

MineAR wanted a mobile app that gives geological surveyors X-Ray vision...

MineAR

A large part of my responsibility on this project was to translate client requirements into UI design and development tasks for myself and the programmer, resulting in intuitive features for the user.

Process

Working closely with a developer, we created the completely custom augmented reality implementation necessary to meet the clients exact needs. MineAR can be used in the field, and even offline, allowing users to view their data anywhere, anytime.

Solution

"Alex and his team at Two Scoop Games are hard working engineers with a strong future. Most importantly, they listen to a client and adhere to good communication and management principles with clarity and focus."- Scott Close, CEO, MineAR

The marketing team at Progress came to us with a request for an engaging game to draw conference goers to their booth.

Progress Telerik

I designed new bug characters to compliment the existing Telerik mascots and adhered to the Progress brand guidelines.

Process

I helped develop an upbeat game with fun graphics based on their brand, colors, and products. The game is configurable for each trade show they bring it to and records player analytics for use in contests and marketing.

Solution

"We needed something to draw attendees to our booth at events, and Two Scoop Games was the perfect partner for this. They developed Code Krush, a visually appealing and exciting game that features our mascots."- Merrill Turner, Events Manager, Progress
